Asset Pro Solutions Inc.'s heritage stretches back to the beginning of the PC revolution. In 1982, Ray Schoepfer founded Auto-Administrator Int'l Inc. to offer enterprise class accounting and billing software on the PC to small and medium sized municipalities. Soon after, Peter Horwood joined Ray as VP of development and drove Auto-Administrator to become a world-class development company. As the company grew, they expanded the offerings to include payroll, maintenance, utility billing and GIS, while developing a large number of international technical and business contacts. In 1996, they sold Auto-Administrator to focus on developing commercial programming tools, advanced transactional Internet projects, as well as providing general development consulting in Western Canada.

In 2001, Ray and Peter further expanded by adding a premier maintenance management system to their marketing portfolio, and provided custom development services for Internet projects. In the spring of 2003, they acquired the Canadian rights to Maintenance Connection© asset/property management software. Within a short time, their input has helped to expand the capabilities of the Maintenance Connection© system through the development of Palm based mobile workforce software for Maintenance Connection software.

Ray Schoepfer has nearly a quarter century of experience in marketing and general management in small businesses in Western Canada, primarily with Auto-administrator Int'l. and aRenDeeco Inc. as President and General Manager. Under his leadership Auto-administrator qualified as a Branham Group 100 Top IT companies in Canada for 1995, while growing to become the most widely used municipal accounting and management system in Canada.

Peter Horwood has unparalleled expertise in many aspects of software development with visual tools and databases. His accomplishments include being Western Canada's only member of Team Powersoft, a group of the top 30 PowerBuilder developers worldwide as chosen by Powersoft Corp. in the United States, and authoring numerous articles in technical journals and technical books for McGraw Hill. Peter has taught courses and lectured at various development conferences in Europe and North America, and consults to a number of corporations on both continents.
